On a recent Instagram poll, one of the things that many of you mentioned was the need to create meaningful writing opportunities for your students.  Much of the content I’ve created here, has tended to focus more on reading than writing and as such I’m excited to share with you my next endeavour, #MsMcLauchlanWrites!  Over the next weeks I plan to post 2/3 videos weekly, walking through a variety of writing topics designed to get your students (and you) writing.  The videos will include reflective and creative prompts that have been either create by me or curated from my favourite writing resources. Some writing topics will be quick writes (lasting 3-5 minutes) while others will be non timed.  As the videos are created I will be sharing them here, and in a YouTube playlist.
