I picked up this Speculative Lit about a near future without access to water while I was at NCTE in November. I had the pleasure of meeting Neal Shusterman and have him sign my copy of “Dry”.  When I heard him read aloud a short section of this book , I knew I had to put it at the top of my TBR pile.  It did not disappoint! “Dry” is a total action packed, page turner that will have you wondering “what if”. . .
